USPS And Autonomous Mail Shipping and delivery Is The Future

It seems that every major technology company might be working on autonomous travel. These auto organizations are previously marketing cars with semi-autonomous features which systems are currently arriving at the point they are safer than humans driving a car. A single significant beer company has had a personal-driving a car vehicle deliver drink from their production service to one of their large industrial environments .. Google has practically a million miles of autonomous driving in CA and well over that in Nevada now. Yep, no individuals the vehicle and that I speculate this is upcoming. Of course, if you drive for a residing; limo, taxi, delivery, vehicle, coach car owner, nicely, let's just say your times are numbered - scary believed of course, but this is the long term of work - it's going never to hell but to the robots.

Without a doubt, I study a new post in the premier Electrical Vehicle on the internet information outlet "Billed" called; "US Postal Service commissions prototypes for possible future plug-in automobiles," written by Charles Morris on October 14, 2016, which stated:

"The USPS has selected a design from Indiana-dependent maker AM Common (well known for the Humvee military services vehicle as well as its civilian nephew, the Hummer) as component of its Next Technology Shipping Vehicle program, below which a number of prototype models are going to be created, developed and analyzed above an 18-30 days period of time. AM General directions build a group of prototype automobiles that attempt to offer 'fuel performance and absolutely no-emission ability.' The Postal Service will determine manufacturing specifications and upcoming vehicle replacement award(s) after prototype testing."

This is fantastic, but the USPS has to get with the plan. The USPS must think with more eyesight - these automobiles need to be autonomous and deliver the postal mail without having individuals. Why not? You see, these cars continue the exact same precise path each day, they quit at every mailbox with a specific area, every single day. The driver opens the mail-package and sets in the postal mail - besides even a basic robot are capable of doing that process, and the driverless autonomous email jeep could get it there, on-time, every day, rain or stand out.

Maybe this will assist the U. S. Postal Service from shedding billions of bucks for each quarter? And, don't be worried about the task deficits, we could use attrition and permit earlier retirement for the postal carriers. We are speaking about more quickly email shipping, reduce costs, no price increases in stamps, and proper use of some terrific robotic autonomous car modern technology - it's the best software for autonomous transport automatic advanced technology. Think about this.
