HART LOR! Good Morning Monday Blues...
Such a long time ever since my last update...well at least not as long as some of my friends' blogs are..haha!
In such a short time, the year 2010 has turned to its first quarter, April. And ya, count me fortunate or not, I'm still stuck with SIM for like coming 8 months???! Well, these few weeks have been like a tour around world; so many different experiences, so many happenings, yet I know I can't just sum it up in just one post. Pardon me, I'm not cut out to be a journalist who can turn words into magic..
Start of April, I have just shifted my desk to a more isolated place, so to leave my previous seat empty for that newcomer's butt.. somehow for my current new desk, it's more isolated, more privacy, the CPU is much quieter and I feel like I'm in the library whole day long! But everything got its pros and cons I believe...for eg, it's nearer to the director's room..so ya..hmmm.
One more month to go, don't know if I could stay till then. Seriously I don't really want to stay until the end of month, cos as now the newcomer is here, my job is probably just doing the last few assigned tasks, tidying up my previous works and probably have some "tai chi" sessions with the department colleagues. This kind of make me feel even like some cockroach who's going to meet its end but still, have to act as if its going to be bloody alive for a very long time...haiz..(Okay I know it's abit complicated to understand...)
As some of you guys may know, the musical that I'm in has just ended with victory, offically last friday..a total of 6 + 1 shows I have performed out of the 18 +1 (counting in the english shows). The final Thank You appreciation show cum closing ceremony last friday was one of the most memorable ones. What so special was at the end of the show, we were all awarded with a prestigious award that was being told not even the senior leaders have gotten even though their long years service..wow! It's actually a medal and certificate titled: SSA Culture Award, awarded by SSA General Director, Mr Ong for our true commitments in this whole musical. So here it goes... my first medal in my whole life till now..hahaha! well, it's just that all the awards that I have gotten in the past were all certificates and vouchers and cool thing was I always thought medals are for sports but well...it's just a stereotype for now.

Of course what I want to mention here was, really really grateful and thankful for those of you guys who took time to be present during my performance..all 15 of you guys including mum!! It's really my fortune to have each of you around me and yes, my pillar of support!!
I know I have thanked you all before but it won't hurt having to mention u guys' names here again right??
Firstly thanks my ei orh peh ehss....including Hart, Eh eh, Sesosin and Brom, Por por, Niao niao!
Next, my GC pals:

Thanks for that bouquet of lilies..hahaha..now every of my cast members think I have a fan club out there or something..hahaha LOL!
Of course how can I not forget about my mum...
It actually took me quite an effort to persuade her to come watch my performance and so glad, eventually she agreed to come by sacrificing closing her salon for that day just to make it to my show...
MUMMY I LOVE YOU!!
Alright, guess it's getting a bit wordy somehow.
Shall end here thn!
xoxo
